At Nathalie Marichal, LLC, each order is carefully packaged and inspected before shipment. Due to the custom and limited-edition nature of our products, all sales are final.
    •    We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
    •    Please note that the Cububu Cuban Labubu FIt  Kit does not include the Labubu figure. It is designed as an accessory kit for collectors who already own one.
    •    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to assist with a replacement if available.
    •    We are not responsible for customer errors such as ordering the wrong item or misunderstanding the product description.
